2024 Open Board Member Positions

VP of Baseball
The VP of Baseball will oversee the upper divisions in the league Minor, Major, and Junior.

VP of Softball
The VP of Softball will oversee all the softball divisions in the league.

The Treasurer is responsible for the financial condition of the local league. The individual will prepare financial statements and budgets. The Treasurer handles income and expenses of the league and properly tracks and records them, and reports on the status of league funds.

Safety Officer
Coordinates all safety activities, ensures safe playing conditions, reports injuries, solicits suggestions for making conditions safer, and prepares the ASAP plan for submission to Little League International.

Player Agent
The Player Agent is in charge of conducting the annual player evaluation and draft (excludes TBall and Machine Pitch Divisions).

Facility Coordinator
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for the upkeep of the park complex, chalking the fields before each game, and making sure the fields are playable after inclement weather.

The Director will oversee the TBall Division.

Director of the Baseball Machine Pitch Division
The Director will oversee the Baseball Machine Pitch Division.

Concessions Coordinator
The Concessions Coordinator maintains the operations of concession facilities, organizes the purchase of concession products, responsible for the management of the concession sales at league events, schedules volunteers to work the concessions during league events, and keeps records of concession sales and purchases.

Umpire Coordinator
Coordinates and advises the League President on the league umpire program. They are responsible for obtaining volunteer umpires, coordinating umpire training, maintain necessary umpire equipment, scheduling league umpires for games, and evaluating league umpires to maintain program integrity.

Uniform Coordinator

The Uniform Coordinator will be in charge of ordering and distribution of the team uniforms. They will also work with the vendor directly to solve any uniform issues. At the end of the season they will be in charge of player awards.

Season Equipment Coordinator
The Equipment Coordinator will be in charge of organizing the leagues equipment before the start of the season. They will determine if the current equipment is up to safety standards, make decisions on how much new equipment will be needed, and will be in charge of collecting the equipment at the end of the season.
